Naya Swimwear will gladly exchange swimwear that were purchased at nayaswimwear.com.
Items being exchanges must be in their original, clean and unworn
condition with all tags attached for store credit. Please do not remove the hygiene liner and only try on swimwear over
underwear for sanitary reasons.
For orders over $90 first exchange is free of charge and we will provide a return label.
If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide all the info
you’ll need! All returns must be received within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
Any item not in it’s original condition; is either damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; any item that is
returned more than 14 days after delivery – will not be refunded or replaced.
If the item is used or damaged due to your use of it, it is not eligible for a refund;
Please note: All discounted items, purchased on sale or using a promotion code are
not eligible for a return, but are eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Orders under $90 – You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
We advice to use registered post, Naya Swimwear will not be responsible for lost packages.
Once approved your return items, we will send you the items you wish. Please allow us 3-5 business days to process
Refunds or store credit are eligible according to the Consumer Protection Act, within 14 days of purchase, under condition that the item is
not damaged, has not been worn, and all tags are attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note – In a case of refund – 5% return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
By placing an order at nayaswimwear.com you are agreeing to the Returns and Exchanges Policy.
Warranty cover for the company’s products is up to one year from date of purchase and will only be given for manufacturing
defects. Products will be sent for review only with the original purchase invoice attached. We recommend taking a photo of the
invoice. The company will decide rather to repair or replace items under warranty coverage. Process time is up to 28
business days. Warranty does not apply to Outlet, Second Hand or Class B items.
The customer is required to check that the products is to it’s satisfaction prior to making the purchase –
this condition does not apply for website purchases.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours from the time your package was delivered.
Naya Swimwear will take responsibility and will arrange a replacement or repair.
Your privacy is very important to Naya Swimwear. Any use of the information entered by you when creating an account or as a
guest will be handled in a responsible and secure manner.
Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorised employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to
keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information.
Please be aware that despite our best efforts, no security measures are impenetrable.
Also, no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
All information disclosed online is susceptible to interception and misuse by unauthorised parties.
Therefore, Naya Swimwear cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.
